We are using a new online service called that makes it easy to register with this GP surgery.

You do NOT need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number. 

The Service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe.

  • Registration normally takes up to 7 days to complete.

Patient Medical Record

When you register as a new patient it may take some months before we receive your medical record. This is because we have to request it from your previous practice via NHS England.

We therefore ask you to complete a short questionnaire alongside the standard registration form. This form needs to be completed fully otherwise this could delay your registration process.
